Year 3 have been exploring the Celts and Romans for their History topic. As a way of bringing this learning to life, they held a Roman Day. The children participated in a variety of activities, including a visit from Chertsey Museum. They made their own Roman shields, exploring battle formations to help them understand why the Roman army were so successful.
